Self guides city tour this morning after a few hours sleep. Uber makes it easy to grab a tuk-tuk for under a dollar and scoot around the city. Visited the Lotus Tower, highest in central Asia, nice view of city. On to national museum. Seems the Portuguese was here first, then the Dutch and then the British as they all came for the spices, and to rule. Big modern city. Children seem to state at me, unsure if its the white hair, height or white skin. One set of parents even asked to take pictures with their children.
